I am an educator with 8+ years of experience spanning both the world of education and the corporate sector. My academic background includes a B.Ed. and an MBA in HR, and my professional journey has taken me through school teaching, corporate roles in quality audit, ISO consulting, and recruitment, and currently, teaching communication skills on PlanetSpark.
What sets my approach apart is that English is my third language — after Bengali and Hindi. This means I understand exactly where learners struggle, and I teach with that awareness. My sessions focus on building real confidence, not just correcting mistakes. Whether a student needs help with pronunciation, fluency, grammar, or the courage to simply speak up, I meet them where they are and take them further.
For me, teaching is not a role I stepped into — it is something I grew into through experience, curiosity, and a genuine belief that every learner has more potential than they realize.
