    ABC Adventure: Letter Sounds A to Z for Kindergarten  

    This Kindergarten worksheet introduces children to **phonics and letter sounds** for every letter from A to Z. With fun activities like fill-in-the-blanks, multiple-choice, true/false, sorting, and sentence rewriting, young learners build a strong foundation in reading and spelling.

    Frequently Asked Questions

    The letter A can make the short sound /a/ as in cat or the long sound /ā/ as in cake.

    B makes the /b/ sound with lips pressed together, while D makes the /d/ sound with the tongue touching behind the teeth.

    C can sound like /k/ in cat or /s/ in city, depending on the vowel that follows.
